What the program covers

The program covers non-promotional messages related to your own requests or business relationship with Ascend Wholesale, including:

• Replies to your wholesale inquiries and requested quotes.
• Status updates and coordination for your own orders.
• Inventory availability questions and inventory management support you request or receive as part of an existing service.

Your consent

You can opt in by providing your mobile number and selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on our inquiry form. The checkbox is not selected in advance. Providing a phone number without selecting SMS consent does not enroll you.

By opting in, you agree to receive messages from Ascend Wholesale for the purposes described above at the number you provide. You must be the subscriber or authorized user of that number.

Consent is not required to submit an inquiry or purchase products or services. This program does not include promotional messages.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, requests and related support needs. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your mobile provider for details about your plan.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to a message from Ascend Wholesale to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. We will send no further program messages unless you choose to opt in again.

You can also email [email protected] to request that we stop messages. Include the mobile number involved so we can identify your request. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from contacting us by email.

Help and number changes

Reply HELP to a message for assistance or email [email protected].

If you change your number or stop using it, let us know so we can update your messaging preferences. To receive messages again after opting out, provide a new affirmative SMS opt-in.

Delivery

Text delivery depends on your mobile provider, network availability and device. Messages may be delayed or may not arrive. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Use [email protected] if a text has not arrived or you need to confirm information about your inquiry.

Privacy and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers, message content and consent records. We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information as needed to deliver and support our messaging services.
