We keep a record of your inquiry, related communications and notification status. If you make an SMS consent choice, we record that choice with the relevant phone number, the disclosure presented, and when and where the choice was submitted.

Our hosting services process connection and request information needed to deliver and protect the website. We use limited network information to identify repeated or abusive submissions.

Please include only information needed for your inquiry. Do not send payment card details, passwords or sensitive personal information through the form.

Service providers and disclosures

We use Cloudflare to host and protect the website and store inquiry records. We use Resend to send inquiry acknowledgments and notifications to our support team. Where SMS is enabled, HighLevel and Twilio help process mobile numbers, messages and messaging preferences on our behalf.

These providers receive the information needed to perform their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to respond to misuse, protect our rights or address a security issue.

We do not sell information collected through this website. We do not share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. HighLevel and Twilio process messaging information only as service providers acting on our behalf, not for their own marketing.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or marketing analytics. Hosting and security services may process technical information needed to operate and protect the site.

Optional text messages

Providing a phone number does not, by itself, give consent to receive text messages. SMS consent is optional and separate from submitting an inquiry.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiry and communication records according to their purpose, including responding to requests, maintaining relevant business records, honoring communication preferences, protecting the website and meeting applicable obligations.

You can submit an inquiry without agreeing to SMS. If you have already opted out of text messages, submitting a later inquiry without SMS consent does not enroll you again.
